Salary: $18 – $20/hr

We are seeking Credit Card Depot Technician to join our partnering client’s team in Norwood, MA.

• Must have software configuration experience preferred
• Pre-Screening questions must be answered for consideration****

Schedule: 8am – 4:30pm (Mon – Fri)

Pay Rate: $18 – $20/hr based on experience

Resonsibilities:

• Track device inventory
• Assist in resolution of customer tickets
• Packaging and provisioning of the credit card devices
• Download software on credit card machines
• Configure software on credit card machines
• Troubleshoot the credit card machines
• Involvement in download of POS templates and ongoing deployment support.
• Co-ordination with customer technical support groups/ help desk, store managers and helpdesk.
• Monitoring open tickets and assistance in speedy resolution of issues.
• Assist in deployment of POS, Payment Terminals etc. at store locations
• Track Device shipment

Experience level:

• 1-2 years

Experience Required:

• Programmable logic controllers: 1 year (a PLUS)
• Technical Configuration
• Basic knowledge of computers, emails, Excel, Word, etc..
