The Job You Will Perform:

Conduct customer credit analysis, maintain and reconcile accounts timely to minimize company risk and maximize customer service and sales. Perform collection activities and make collection calls, coordinate and resolve customer disputes regarding deductions, and determine customer credit worthiness. Monitor the accounts receivable within a specific portfolio.

The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related area
  • Minimum of one year of applicable business experience
  • Basic knowledge of credit and financial analysis
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience in building relations with internal and external customers
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite Products
  • MBA in finance, accounting, economics or related area, preferred
  • Understanding of bankruptcy laws and procedures, preferred

About Global Cellulose Fibers (GCF):

Our GCF business helps customers transform renewable cellulose fibers into essential everyday products. Our high-quality, superior grade pulps form the basis for diverse applications, ranging from personal care items to specialty materials. We create components for diapers, tissues and feminine care products, as well as sustainable materials for the textile and construction industry.
