We are currently seeking a Full-time CT Tech, 2 years minimum experience required. Must have a valid Kansas CT Tech License.

 

position reports to: Clinic Manager

Position Summary:

* Performs radiologic and CT procedures precisely and proficiently

* Accurately create a cross section of patient’s masses for medical analysis

* Correctly interpret Physicians directions for scan, prepare and operate the equipment

* Demonstrates capability with procedures and equipment operations, area and machine upkeep

* Conduct scans and obtain quality images

* Maintains accurate records and reports; gathering required information

* Provides exceptional patient care and comfort, explanation of the process to patient

* Upholds patient privacy rights, confidentiality of records and privileged information

* Prioritize work and complete in a timely manner

 

Required Qualifications:

* CT certification

* Minimum 2 years of CT experience

* Be able to communicate thoroughly with Physicians and other clinic staff

* Skill in appropriate documentation and records maintenance.

* Skill in usage of PC, multi-line phone, copier, fax, and printer.

* Ability to speak effectively before individuals and/or groups.

* Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.

* Average, ordinary, visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products, or operate machinery.

* Prolonged periods of standing, walking, or sitting.

* While performing duties, may be required to stoop, kneel or crouch

* Occasional must lift and assist patients move
