Customer Service Representative (Contract-To-Hire)

Description

  • Conduct high volume inbound and outbound calls to collect on overdue toll road bills
  • Answer questions or concerns regarding delinquent toll road accounts
  • Educate customers on different payment plan options and answer any questions
  • Set up payment arrangements and offer solutions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience within the last year
  • Strong tenure (must be in each position on resume at least 1 year+)
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese a plus
  • Basic computer and math skills (internet browser, MS Office, and typing)

Schedule: Mon-Thurs 11am-8pm, Friday 9am-6pm with a rotating Saturday

Start Date: As soon as possible – April 21st

Pay: $20/HR – weekly pay

Location: Broomfield, CO 80021 (Northwest of Denver) – ONSITE

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $20.00/hr.
