Title: Dietary Aides / Food Service Worker
Duration: 6+ months
Shift Time: Rotational Shift
Pay Rate: $23.09/hr. on W2

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Tray Line, Meal Service and Food Cart Distribution – portions hot/cold food items onto trays, monitors temps, loads meals into food carts for distribution, delivers food carts to teams.
• Safety and Sanitation – cleans and sanitizes production area, dining room, kitchen equipment and kitchenware, diet office, bathroom, etc.
• Assists with Production Cooking – under direct supervision, assists with preparing, portioning, seasoning and cooking all menu food items.
• Production Cooking – prepares meals using standardized recipes, written instructions, portion sizes, production sheets, food safety guidelines, and a variety of commercial food service equipment.
• Assures food is attractive, appetizing and at proper temperatures.
