We are looking for a Digital Delivery Lead (Hybrid) in Cincinnati, Ohio who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. Join us and you will have the chance to work on projects including state-of-the-art industrial and commercial facilities. You will be accountable for the schedule and technical quality of assigned tasks, as you gain familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, budget, and schedule for assigned tasks. You will effectively recognize and communicate scope and changes promptly. You will also provide on-site assistance during startup, coordinate work activities with other staff members, discipline leads, and project management.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline

• At least 15 years of building information modeling / virtual design & construction experience

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Modeling, Navisworks, Revizto

Ideally, you will also have:

• Background or industry experience in design

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills   

• Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas  

• Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base  

• Ability to work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams  

• Passion for building design and construction
