Distribution Center Supervisor

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (occasional overtime; rare weekends)

We’re looking for an Operations Supervisor who brings strong technical expertise paired with exceptional people leadership and situational awareness. In this role, you’ll work closely with our engaged leadership team to shape the future of our Anderson Distribution Center-helping elevate the site from ‘good’ to ‘great.’ If you thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at coaching and developing others, and have a passion for process improvement, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise daily inbound and outbound operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs, safety protocols, and productivity standards.
  • Manage workforce scheduling and workload allocation using SAP.
  • Maintain strong floor presence (approx. 75%) to coach and mentor team members.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives with a Lean mindset (Yellow/Green Belt preferred).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize dock flow and outbound processes (picking, staging, packing, loading, PGI).
  • Reinforce safety practices and accountability across the team.
  • Support cultural transformation by building trust and promoting positive behaviors.

What We’re Looking For

  • experience: 2-3 years in distribution or warehouse supervision; BS degree preferred.
  • Technical Skills: SAP ECC/WMS experience (S4/HANA exposure a plus); strong understanding of outbound processes; data-driven mindset.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to coach, develop, and lead diverse teams; strong communication and emotional intelligence.
  • Problem-Solving: Structured approach to root cause analysis and long-term solutions.
  • Forklift certification and Excel skills preferred.
