Talgo Inc. is looking for skilled Electricians with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team and contribute to the future of transportation! This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge rail technology and assist in the electrical work performed on all rolling stock equipment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support Electrical Work Orders on rolling stock projects, including medium-complexity repairs
  • Perform tasks such as installing and interfacing car lighting, air conditioning, communication signals, and other electrical systems
  • Repair and wire complex cabinets independently
  • Conduct continuity tests to verify installation operations
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults with supervision (e.g., loose cables)
  • Propose improvements to wiring for ongoing projects
  • Couple and uncouple cars electrically and mechanically
  • Perform mechanical assemblies using manual machines
  • Crimp connectors and assemble electrical systems

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3 to 4 years of experience as an industrial electrician in manufacturing or maintenance
  • Proficient in interpreting electrical schematics and running wire harnesses
  • Skilled in soldering, crimping, and connector assembly
  • Experience with multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and electrical troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with electrical system preventative maintenance
  • Experience in transportation sector manufacturing (preferred)
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team environment

Additional Requirements:

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Must have the ability to work independently or as part of a team
