Electrical Cabling Technician BICSI – 1st shift

JOB TITLE: Electrical Technician

LOCATION: Greenville, SC

PAY RATE: Up to $30/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Install, maintain, and repair cable infrastructure in a low voltage environment.
• The ideal candidate will meet physical demands and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of cabling system issues
• Identify, track, and remove abandoned cables
• Test newly installed or relocated cables following established procedures
• Keep cables neatly tied and bundled, adhering to safety standards
• Record time and materials used
• Assist team members with installation and maintenance tasks
• Work in various environments, including outdoors, heights, and confined spaces
• Operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and test equipment

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience
• BICSI certification (2-4 years)
• Fiber Optic Cable Installation (2-4 years)
• MUST BE US PERSONS
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass drug and background screening
• BICSI certification required
