Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Support Analyst
to assist with an Email Hygiene Project, focused on auditing and cleaning up domain and email authentication configurations. The ideal candidate will have experience with DNS management, DKIM/SPF/DMARC setup, and domain/account alignment. This role requires a strong technical foundation in email deliverability and DNS administration, as well as the ability to execute changes accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

• Audit and clean up DNS records
  across multiple domains.
• Review and update DKIM, SPF, and DMARC
  entries for proper configuration.
• Implement changes and modifications to improve email authentication and deliverability.
• Manage domain parking
  for unused or retired domains.
• Assist in moving accounts to the correct domain(s)
  based on organizational requirements.
• Coordinate with internal IT and external vendors to ensure smooth updates and transitions.
• Document all changes and provide reporting on project progress and outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or email administration.
• Strong knowledge of DNS management(records such as A, CNAME, MX, TXT).
• Hands-on experience with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
  setup and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of email deliverability best practices.
• Familiarity with domain management and account migration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to clearly document work and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online
  or other enterprise email platforms.
• Familiarity with email security tools(Proofpoint, Mimecast, or similar).
• Previous involvement in email hygiene or domain consolidation projects.
