Encompass Administrator

description“>Presidential Bank has an opportunity for an Encompass Administrator to join our Mortgage Technology team. In this role, you will assist with configuring the Encompass workflow and associated vendors. In addition, you will provide tier 2 support to our Encompass users exposing you to the whole breadth of the mortgage process with the opportunity to grow in knowledge and skill.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists the Mortgage Technology team with Encompass and vendor configuration
  • Tests changes prior to deployment
  • Documents any alteration to configuration or process in our change management system and user-facing job aids
  • Utilizes helpdesk ticketing system to provide escalated support to users including but not limited to:
    • Advanced Encompass and vendor configuration
    • Mavent, Fee Variance, and other compliance-related topics
    • Internal workflow
  • Provides end user training on the LOS and vendors when needed
  • Stays current with system changes and updates
  • Stays current with internal workflow
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • One to three years executing advanced configuration changes in Encompass LOS
  • One to three years within mortgage industry or other related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

 
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to make correct and functional changes to Encompass and vendors
  • Ability to apply understanding of mortgage workflow, Encompass, and vendors to execute business requirements
  • Ability to test and document all system and workflow changes thoroughly
  • Ability to think logically and apply troubleshooting discipline to determine the root cause of complex problems and propose appropriate solutions
  • Working knowledge of mortgage process, including regulations, departmental relationships, terms, and documents
  • Ability to think logically and apply troubleshooting discipline to determine the root cause of complex problems
  • Outstanding customer service on escalated issues, including under time pressure
  • Ability to learn and explain new system functionality to users of all skill levels
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong information technology skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated
