Lake Ridge Bank is looking for motivated professional to join our Information Technology team as an Enterprise Application Administrator! The Enterprise Application Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of enterprise-level applications that are critical to business operations. This role ensures optimal performance, security, and usability of applications, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and supports end-users to maximize the value of enterprise applications.

Essential Responsibilities:

Application Administration

  • Administer, configure, maintain, and optimize use of enterprise applications
  • Stay abreast of application releases and future enhancements. Analyze and determine how they affect current use of applications. Test, implement and communicate to internal users.
  • Monitor and ensure data quality and availability of enterprise applications.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance of managed enterprise applications.
  • Create processes, procedures, and standards for enterprise applications
  • Collaborate with business units to implement application functionality to meet business units’ needs
  • Train and educate end users on use of enterprise applications
  • Define applications use cases and develop training programs to ensure applications are effectively utilized.
  • Provide training/partner with training teams on new or changed functionalities in applications.
  • Maintain training materials for new end users and reference materials for existing end users
  • Responsible for identifying, assessing, and documenting business requirements, recommending business applications and process priorities, and advising the business on options, risks, and process changes.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, IT innovations, banking processes, and enterprise applications to identify opportunities that enhance operations and support strategic goals.

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate with HR and IT teams to provision and deprovision user access to enterprise applications during employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Ensure timely setup of user accounts, roles, and permissions based on job functions.
  • Maintain audit trails and documentation for access changes and account terminations.
  • Support transitions by ensuring data continuity and compliance with retention policies.

Technical Leadership & Advanced Support

  • Act as an escalation point for complex IT support issues that require in-depth troubleshooting.
  • Perform root cause analysis on recurring IT problems and recommend long-term solutions.
  • Implement and enforce IT security measures, including user authentication, endpoint protection, and compliance monitoring.

Project Management & Process Improvement

  • Research, test, and implement new IT solutions to enhance efficiency and security.
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles for IT staff and end-users.

Training & Mentorship

  • Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to Service Desk Associates and Specialists.
  • Assist in developing IT training programs for end-users to improve IT literacy and security awareness.

Adhere to all Bank Security/Compliance Regulations

  • Complete all annual bank security and compliance training.
  • Adhere to Bank Security/compliance and policy guidelines.
  • Always maintain confidentiality of client information.
  • Stay current on all compliance regulations, required through training and daily education.
  • Regularly review publications/websites to remain current to rules, regulations, technology, trends, and developments related to the real estate lending industry

Other Responsibilities:

  • Works as part of a team to accomplish office/dept goals. This includes working additional hours as needed and/or taking on additional responsibilities as needed within other rotations.
  • Participate in Business Continuity planning and testing.
  • Participates in community involvement/bank activities as appropriate.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Analytics/Computer Science/Statistics or relevant field and/or 3-5 years previous work experience in managing/working in IT Administration or technical support roles.
  • Experience in applications and process training
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory,
  • Strong understanding of IT security best practices, including endpoint protection and access control.
  • Experience in application administration and managing enterprise applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead IT projects and process improvements.
  • Experience with ticketing applications and remote desktop tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise manner
  • Adept in ability to learn quickly, apply creativity, understand complex processes and procedures, prioritize workload, set and meet deadlines, and perform well with a minimum of direct supervision
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and focus with attention to detail in fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities
  • Detail oriented, with ability to manage time and organize competing priorities
  • Interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with a broad range of professional and technical staff
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) to communicate and relate effectively with customers and associates
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple priorities efficiently & accurately
  • Demonstrated ability in exercising independent judgment
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and to provide ownership over own work to get the job done
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and remain calm while working in a fast paced/deadline driven environment
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, proficient typing/keyboarding skills and the ability and willingness to learn new programs and software
  • Ability to maintain confidential customer information
  • Ability to read, write, understand and speak English clearly
  • Ability to represent the organization in a professional, positive manner

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years previous work experience in a similar position
  • Previous work experience and/or knowledgeable in Active Directory, Microsoft 365 administration,
  • Previous work experience in a multi-location organization
  • Previous work experience in a financial institution
  • Knowledge of compliance and banking regulations
  • Good understanding of financial products and services
