Job Description
This position is a supervisor role, you will be monitoring roughly around 40-50 employees as well with scheduling, training and coaching, Ensuring all airline are completed in a timely manner. Must have Airline Food catering experience !!
Essential Functions

  • Ensures compliance with all Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP)
  • Department employee schedules for training employee on airline standards for equipment liquor
  • Equipment and Liquor set up per airline Galley Plans ( GLP)
  • Daily employee briefing on updates, customer feedback, etc.
  • Responding to email and taking corrective action on customer complaints.
  • Ensure all FFG items used on airlines are communicated to billing department daily.
  • Ensure all information on time and attendance be communicated to Payroll and HR daily.
  • Implementing a good requisition system for airline material from the warehouse.
  • Ensuring all airline cages and spaces are well organize and stocked at all time.
  • Must comply with uniform/dress code
  • Supervise daily operations of the equipment setup employees
  • Notifies manager of maintenance issues and repair problems in the equipment
  • Ensure equipment crew is trained
  • Audit all equipment room and food safety training programs to ensure compliance
  • Prepares reports on inspections, corrects deficiencies and implements action steps 
  • Monitors employee’s performance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in a USDA facility required.
  • Working knowledge of HACCP concepts, cleaning and sanitizing processes
  • Excellent communications and teaming skills.
  • Read and write in English
  • Able to use Microsoft, excel, and outlook

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a food-manufacturing environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit and stand for long periods and reach with hands and arm.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time exempt position in a 24/7/365 work environment.
Flexibility with weekdays, evenings and weekend required.
