Ergonomics Injury Prevention Specialist

A client of Innova Solutions is looking for an Ergonomics Injury Prevention Specialist

Position type: Full-time – Contract

Duration: 12 months

Location: Atlanta, GA

As Ergonomics Injury Prevention Specialist, you will be:

• Responsible for support the Health, Wellness and Ergonomics team in developing and managing existing injury prevention projects and programs, coordinating training programs, assuring effectiveness, and analyzing injury data and trends for our Front-Line agents to reduce Global Injury Rate and Lost Workdays.
• Data collection and analysis, performance tracking, and reporting
• Travel assessments and site visits across domestic operation.
• Administer training programs on an as-needed basis
• Collect and organize feedback to develop action items
• Lead industrial tools and tech projects
• Utilization of SafetyNet, (Vistaire) reporting system to pull ongoing injury data and cases
• Elevate safety and enterprise risk to leadership as needed

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Smartsheet and PowerPoint
• Basic data management skills
• A bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Allied Health or other Occupational Health related fields
• Certified Athletic Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Certified Professional Ergonomist or related Human Performance certification
• Experience in industrial operations, health care, occupational safety
• Project/program management experience

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $30- $34 Per hour.

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
