THE JOB:

As an EVS Porter, you create a clean and welcoming environment for our guests by ensuring public areas are spotless and inviting. Your attention to detail enhances their experience, leaving a lasting impression beyond their stay.

THE STARTING RATE: $17.95

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics, exceeding guest expectations.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms, and other designated spaces.
• Operate professional floor care and specialty cleaning equipment to uphold a polished and pristine environment.
• Safely contain and clean biohazardous materials, following proper procedures to ensure a sanitary and secure space.
• Respond promptly to guest and team member requests, ensuring a positive and accommodating experience.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and restroom essentials to maintain service efficiency.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Can follow all safety protocols and procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Take pride in their work and remain self-motivated to meet high cleanliness standards.
• Have previous experience in Environmental Services, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with guests and team members
• Is able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
