Qualifications
Focus: Women’s Athletics
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in exercise science, kinesiology, exercise physiology, athletic training, or physical education (other degrees considered).
Experience: 2–3 years preferred.
Certifications: Nationally recognized personal training or strength & conditioning certification (e.g., NASM-CPT, NSCA-CPT, CSCS, ACSM, ACE, or equivalent approved by the Human Performance Manager).
CPR/AED certification required (AHA).
Responsibilities
Women’s Athletics
Communicate effectively with diverse groups, including students, coaches, and teams
Work independently at off-site locations and manage large athletic groups
Perform assessments and design individualized fitness/performance programs
Maintain accurate records and contribute to program development
Promote a safe, clean, and engaging training environment
Generate client interest and support marketing/outreach efforts
Stay current with industry best practices and maintain required certifications
Participate in continuing education and team meetings
Collaborate with the Human Performance team (Physician, Rehab, Nutrition, Psychology, Sleep, etc.)
