Your core diagnostics skills, electrical knowledge, and heavy equipment operation will be essential in maintaining, inspecting, and servicing cranes efficiently. Duties/Responsibilities:
5-7 years of crane service technician or relevant trade experience (electrical, mechanical, etc.).
1-2 years of experience as a lead technician.
Must have strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, specifically the ability to troubleshoot and communicate with the team, the organization, and to customers.
Demonstrate mechanical, electrical, and industrial skills.
Direct team to perform duties such as inspect, repair/emergency repair, upgrade/modify, install/wire/startup and commission overhead cranes (all manufacturers and types).
Must be willing to travel and work in production environments, with some overnight travel possible.
Ability to complete electronic forms in a timely manner.
Work in extreme conditions (heat/cold).
Work at heights up to 135 feet with AWP (manlift).
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record a must.
Pay commensurate with experience.
Required Skills/Abilities
Working knowledge of general electrical concepts.
Must be mechanically inclined.
Fabrication and rigging a plus.
Fully successful in leading a team.
Basic ability in mathematics, reading, or writing.
