Prepare and deliver site specific/customer specific operator, safety and unit specific training as requested
Diagnose, troubleshoot and make recommended repairs on company owned and client owned waterblast equipment
During standard business hours and after hours as needed, provide customer technical phone support and define, schedule and document customer requested training
Collaborate with internal departments and provide technical support to build or repair waterblast equipment
Analyze, troubleshoot, recommend and document resolution for warranty repairs. Determine potential reimbursement to customer and coordinate parts order and/or returns
Provide and assist Rental Centers in identifying and resolving parts issues and technical repairs
Coordinate business travel arrangement, prepare defined reports, and communicate with appropriate individuals on results of customer visits
Conduct internal certification testing to ensure final product meets quality and safety standards and complete necessary documentation
Comply with define safety standards and personal protective equipment requirements
Willing and able to travel up to 60%
Perform other duties and assignments as requested
Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Strong preference given for Associates in a technical discipline
5+ years related experience; heavy duty equipment and/or diesel engines
Strong knowledge of diesel engines, strongly preferred
Experience working with electrical, hydraulic and/or mechanical systems
Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), preferred
Ability to obtain a passport for international travel
Strong written and verbal communications abilities
Posses a valid Driver’s License
Ability to lift up to 50 lb. and climb stairs and ladders
Working knowledge of standard hand tools and computer programs (MS Office Products)
