position: Fireplace Installer (Lead Installer Track)
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time Monday – Friday
Location: Valparaiso, FL
Start Date: ASAP
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Install fireplaces in new residential construction projects
- Read and interpret tape measures, drawings, and install instructions
- Communicate clearly with builders, homeowners, and team members
- Document completed work accurately
- Work independently and solve problems on-site
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to read a tape measure with accuracy
- Construction or contractor experience required
- Project management experience is a strong plus
- Comfortable communicating with clients and documenting work
- Self-motivated, professional, and solution-oriented attitude
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
