Fleet Service Manager

Location: Arcadia, WI

What will you do?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service management, possess excellent leadership skills, and be able to manage and optimize all maintenance and repair operations within our shop facility. In this role, the Fleet Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance and repair operations, developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs, managing and scheduling maintenance staff, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with other departments, identifying training needs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and overseeing the ordering and purchasing of necessary repair parts, equipment, and supplies.

What do you need?

Proficient in Diesel and Trailer Repair.

Proven experience in diesel service management

Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair processes, as well as preventive maintenance programs.

Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
