Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in plastic molding, pouring plaster, and material trimming
- Perform basic fabrication and modification of orthotic devices
- Use tools like Delcam and FMT carver
- Mold and shape foam, cork, and other materials
- Perform quality checks and ensure all work meets standards
- Collaborate with receiving on incoming shoe orders
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
