Job Description:
Perkins Coie is seeking a qualified and dynamic individual to join our team as a General Ledger Accountant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a broad range of general ledger accounting activities, including reconciliation and analysis of assigned accounts as well as assisting with fixed asset accounting and banking operations. You will deliver timely and accurate information to support business decision-making, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The position also involves participating in routine-based and special projects while ensuring adherence to internal controls and best practices. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to provide value-added financial information and services that drive the firm’s strategic objectives.

Qualified candidates require a BA degree in Accounting or equivalent. Three to five years of experience as a general ledger accountant and/or full-charge bookkeeper or equivalent experience is preferred.

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, accrued paid time off plan starting at 20 days annually, personal medical and parental leave, up to 10 paid holidays, and family care benefits. This position may be filled in the following location(s). The listed compensation range reflects the typical pay for this role, though it is rare for new hires to receive an offer at the top of the range. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
Washington state compensation range: $64,210 to $93,960 annually
