Helicopter Mechanic

• Daily tasks include disassembly, repair, modification and or assembly of AH-64 mechanical components using both hand and powered tools. Candidates must be able to work in a high-paced team environment as well as independently as needed.

Required Skills:

• Requires proficiency in reading and writing in English along with the ability to pass certification classes including Torque, Safetying Practices, Mixing and Sealant, and Precision Measuring Equipment to name a few.
• Candidates must be computer literate to follow work instructions, record maintenance and labor activities.
• Must be able to lift 35lbs and remain standing for extended periods of time.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous AH-64, or similar aircraft experience is preferred.
• Work schedule is Monday – Thursday 5:00am to 3:30pm with overtime required on an as needed basis.

education / Experience:

• High school diploma or GED and typically 1 or more years’ related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
