Help Desk Analyst in Deerfield Beach, Florida

Description

We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our team in the construction/contractor industry located in Deerfield Beach, Florida, 33442-3108, United States. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be providing technical support to customers through various channels, assisting in the setup and maintenance of computer systems, and enhancing our training methods based on customer feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or remote access

• Assist in the delivery, configuration, and setup of computer systems and software

• Conduct training sessions for computer users and staff on problem diagnosis and troubleshooting

• Improve training methods based on customer feedback

• Create and revise training manuals to ensure accuracy and comprehensibility

• Analyze reports to identify common customer complaints and problems

• Troubleshoot issues with Windows and Office 365

• Support end-users in using peripheral devices and equipment

• Maintain proficiency in the use of Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Office 365, Peripheral Devices, and Basic Troubleshooting

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft software applications

• Demonstrated experience with Active Directory

• Knowledge in handling Computer Hardware

• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365

• Familiarity with Peripheral Devices and Peripheral Equipment

• Capable of performing Basic Troubleshooting tasks

• Experience in providing End-User Support in a detail oriented setting

• Understanding of the construction/contractor industry is a plus, but not a requirement Technology Doesn’t Change the World, People Do.®
