Position Title: Human Resources Coordinator
Department: Human Resources
Location: Greeley, CO
Reports to: Human Resources Supervisor
Position Overview: The HR Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department by assisting with various HR functions, including recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, benefit administration, compliance, and record keeping. This position ensures smooth HR operations and helps foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist with job postings, resume screening and interview coordination.

Facilitate new hire onboarding, including background checks, paperwork, and orientations.
Employee Relations & HR Support:

Serve as point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in resolving minor workplace issues.
Benefits & Payroll Assistance:

Assist employees with benefits enrolment and address basic benefit-related questions.

Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate records and employee data updates.
Compliance & Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws, assisting in audits and reporting as needed.
HR Programs & Projects:

Assist in organizing training programs, employee recognition initiatives and company events.

Support diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts and wellness initiatives,
Qualifications:
-
Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related is preferred but not required.

1-2 years of HR experience preferred

knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency in HRIS Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Base salary range of $18-$20/HR depending on experience.
