Summary

The Human Resources Business Partner works closely with Senior Human Resources Business Partners (Sr. HRBPs) and Centers of Expertise (COEs) to support core Human Resources (HR) processes, help shape strategy, develop action plans, and implement HR initiatives that lead to positive Enterprise business outcomes. This role involves managing a diverse range of projects, administrative tasks, research, reporting, and data analysis in support of aligning HR initiatives with business strategies and outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify Sr. HRBP reporting needs and collaborate with HR Operations to provide data-driven workforce insights and recommendations to shape strategic decisions and drive business success.
  • Create presentations, communication materials, and documentation that clearly translate complex data and analysis into actionable insights and enable informed decision making.
  • Lead HR business initiatives and projects by developing detailed project plans with clearly defined roles and responsibilities, ensuring effective execution and stakeholder engagement.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead process automation to shift manual tasks to HR systems, tools, and templates, while documenting processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Support Transformation and Reorganization initiatives ensuring successful implementation and desired results.
  • Facilitate the execution of core HR processes, such as year-end compensation planning and calibration by developing comprehensive resources, outlining steps and best practices for each process.
  • Reinforce policies and best practices by escalating and assisting with resolving issues.
  • Actively engage and contribute to the development of HR strategic objectives.
  • Partner with HR COEs to translate requests into tangible actions.

What It Takes To Succeed

  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and Microsoft Excel (v/x-lookup etc.).
  • Strong in data and analytics. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Effective HR project management experience demonstrated in leading successful complex projects.
  • Proven stakeholder management and communications skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with HR Systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Demonstrated capability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively to all employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Understanding of business processes to align solutions with business needs.
  • Effective communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.

Experience

  • High level of competence with Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in HR management and administration.
  • Ability to work independently and successfully in a dynamic environment.
  • Project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of data and analytics is preferred.
  • SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, PHR or SPHR preferred.

Education

A bachelor’s degree related to the assignment from an accredited institution is preferred.

Hybrid Workplace

SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
