Fully remote role. Candidates living in Oregon are preferred. Must use your own equipment (PC & 2 monitors) if outside of Oregon.
This is a long-term and stable contract; potential to convert FTE.
Description
This person will work on the Identity Services Team, like a Tier 2 Helpdesk team, to help close tickets in their Cherwell que. They are averaging about 100 tickets/week with the 3 person team they have there right now. They need someone that will hit the ground running. Active Directory is going to be huge and they must be familiar with creating accounts and managing groups. Group policy is a nice to have, but if they know how to add/remove things from groups that is what is needed.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $23.00/hr.
