The ideal candidate must have a proven ability to conduct high-quality research on climate policy. They should possess excellent analytical and technical skills, demonstrate strong writing abilities with the capacity for producing timely results, excel in effective communication with diverse audiences, and exhibit significant leadership qualities or potential.
