Incremental Marketing Measurement/Campaign Analytics Manager

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Incremental Marketing Measurement / Campaign Analytics Manager to drive data-driven decision-making in our marketing efforts.
  • This role is responsible for measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using experimental design, causal inference techniques, and advanced analytics.
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing, data science, and business intelligence teams to optimize media investments and improve campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Frame and translate business questions into appropriate measurement plans that will inform strategic and tactical business decisions for go-to-market planning.
  • Recommend and develop methodologies for measurement.
  • Execute measurement approaches, analyses, and experiments that explain the incremental impact of marketing on core success metrics and KPIs and inform business decisions.
  • Effectively communicate results and related findings to stakeholders by preparing presentations and identifying key takeaways.
  • Program manage analytics projects for Client’s Music Premium marketing.

experience (Mandatory):

  • 6 years of experience in marketing analytics and campaign measurement methodologies, including hands-on experience designing, scoping, executing and delivering marketing campaign effectiveness measurement on business outcomes.
  • 6 years of experience translating business problems into research questions and translating research findings and insights into marketing recommendations.
  • Experience working on a cross-functional team, managing projects with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Required skills: Marketing Analytics, Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Campaign Measurement, Measurement and Attribution, & Communication.

Experience (Desired):

  • Prior marketing insights experience working in CPG, tech, retail, TV, media, music, subscription services.
  • Understanding of advanced analytics methods: matched market tests, marketing mix modelling.
  • Experience with statistical software such as R, SPSS, Python, SQL, or similar tools.
  • Experience building user-facing data dashboards.
  • Preferred skills: Consumer Research, SQL, R, SPSS, Python, & Dashboards.

education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a research or quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
