Crafco, Inc. has an opening for an Inside Sales Representative at the corporate office in Chandler, AZ.
The Inside Sales Representative role is key in developing relationships with national accounts, resellers and high-volume contractors across the U.S. This position works in tandem with the outside sales force, to understand customer needs, create awareness of opportunities and ensure a seamless sales process, start to finish.

Specific Duties:
- Prospect and engage with contractors and resellers through phone calls and emails
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring consistent business and positive customer experience
- Generate and qualify leads to identify potential sales opportunities
- Review bidding sites for letting information to quote winning bidders on project, as well as provide job opportunities to customers
- Prepare quotes, process orders and follow up to ensure successful delivery of product and supporting documentation as needed
- Consistent communication with customer to understand upcoming jobs and material needs, and collaboration with the operations team to ensure we meet the outlined needs
- Collaborate with the sales team and technical experts to provide the appropriate solutions for customers
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Salesforce
- Stay up to date with Crafco products, industry trends, competitors and new pavement preservation technologies
- Always go above and beyond to meet customer needs, providing exceptional service and solutions tailored to the occasion or challenge; be willing to think outside the box for solutions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2-year proven experience in a sales or customer service consulting role preferred
- Computer proficiency, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), email, and other proprietary systems SAP, OMS and Salesforce experience a plus
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of customer interactions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional and courteous demeanor with co-workers, vendors, customers etc.
- Ability to understand technical product details
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Experience working with contractors, DOTs or municipalities is a plus
- Knowledge of office equipment and procedures (e.g., printers, scanners, etc.)
