Intern Compensation Support Coordinator

The Compensation Support Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of compensation tasks related to servicing Sirva Clients. This role is the beginning of the journey to becoming a compensation services specialist in the global mobility world. The scope of this position will include one or more of the following responsibilities stated below.

Responsibilities

  • Compensation Services: Preparation of international assignment cost estimates, relocation cost of living and lump-sum calculations, relocation payroll processing, global compensation collection, and transaction detail reporting, and working on TEQ & COC processes accurately and within the agreed turnaround time
  • Motivated to succeed; Takes personal pride in his or her work product
  • Caring and empathetic toward others
  • Ensure completion of tasks including policy review, utilization of supplier’s tables (AirInc, Mercer, etc.) and logical Application of knowledge
  • Maintain detailed tracking of activities to ensure metrics can be reported in a timely manner.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • University Degree in Accounting/Finance, or associate’s degree
  • Able to breakdown complex issues and problems into manageable components
  • Customer first attitude
  • Responsible and accountable for expected results
  • Motivated to succeed; Takes personal pride in his or her work
  • Caring and empathetic toward others
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Working knowledge MS Excel and Word
