Our Impact:
- The individual will be part of a team that is responsible for offerings in the Information Security Portfolio as well as the be involved in large corporate / cross divisional efforts.
- Our offerings team is responsible for identifying, evaluating, designing, developing, and implementing new or enhanced offerings and business or technology projects initiated by the Information Security Division.
- We engage business areas across the company including technology to identify and resolve impacts related to offerings being implemented to ensure successful rollout and adoption internally with business partners and externally with our customers
Your Impact:
- Responsible for the management of a portfolio of Issues and related technology efforts (project management responsibilities include building and implementing comprehensive project plans plans, status reporting, stakeholder management, Issue closure and project rollout planning)
- Responsible for managing a team of project managers assigned to manage the individual Issues and projects.
- Partner closely with the EO&T Risk Management team and Issue Owners to coordinate Issue delivery activities.
- Sometimes referred to as an internal consultant using skills to perform needs and/or gap analysis between current and future state and working on multi-disciplinary projects that require a broad understanding of the firm and its key functions.
- Collaborate with internal business partners, Internal Audit, and Enterprise Risk Management.
- Develop a solid understanding of the Issue Management methodology, project management governance change initiatives, and business processes.
- Develop creative alternatives to business and technical issues arising from impact assessments to achieve offering objectives
- Have direct interaction with management regarding status, progress, and impediments.
- Effectively manage assigned efforts through the use of standard project management tools, including project work plans, issue logs, status reporting.
- Sound multi-tasking and organizational skills: project management, well organized, dependable, assertive, and results oriented.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and conference calls (managing the flow and keeping them on track) including scheduling the meetings; developing agendas and meeting minutes; providing and documenting, tracking, and following-up on action items from the meetings.
- Ability to set standards for the team.
Qualifications:
- At least 5-7 years of project management experience.
- Knowledge and experience developing Project Plans and Dependency documents
- Knowledge and experience applying basic project management processes, required
- Proven experience and ability to meet expectations in a process-oriented environment
- Strong written and verbal skills!
- Ability to interface directly with the client and cross functional project teams to facilitate project delivery on schedule with minimal oversight
- Proficient with Microsoft suite of applications; to include Project, Excel and Word

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload; often times supporting multiple concurrent effort in various capacities (leading one or more efforts while supporting others)
- Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; problem solving, coupled with attention to detail
- Relationship building within and outside of the Product Delivery organization
- Stay current on policies, processes and procedures that impact product delivery process improvements
- Ability to work and collaborate within the team

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $102,000 – $152,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
