Job Summary
The Manager I, IT Software Engineering will oversee a development team and ensure the successful delivery of software applications that meet business requirements. This role involves both leadership and technical responsibilities, including managing day-to-day operations, mentoring team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.
Base Salary Range:
$109,500.00 – $164,300.00
