Who we are looking for

State Street Corporation seeks a Leveraged Loan Credit Portfolio Manager to join its Leveraged Loan Program. The Leveraged Loan Portfolio Manager (PM) will be located in Boston and will help to manage the bank’s $5 billion global allocation. This is an opportunity to join a global team in a high-profile position requiring interaction across many areas of the bank.

Specifically, the PMs responsibilities will include but are not limited to providing investment recommendations for investments to be purchased or owned in State Street’s investment portfolio. Among other duties, the PM will perform cash flow modelling, corporate credit analysis, and perform portfolio surveillance.

The successful candidate will have a passion for investing, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple divergent tasks effectively. This position represents an excellent opportunity toward building a career in investment management.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• The successful candidate will have at least 2-5 years relevant experience with strong excel skills and analytical abilities
• Educational requirements include BA/BS with some experience/background in accounting required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg

Salary Range:

$100,000 – $160,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
