Job Description:

The LSU Athletics Department is currently accepting applications for Game Day/Special Event Ambassadors to support the LSU Game/Event Management Department. Qualified candidates will need to be able to provide excellent customer service and work with gameday/event personnel to ensure all fans and participants have a safe and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Represent the department as a source of information for fans.
• Set Up/Break Down of equipment in and around Tiger Stadium.
• Assist with general gameday/event operations.
• Oversight of Event Staff including Parking Attendants, Ticket Takers, and Security Positions.
• Educate and enforce tailgating, parking and stadium policies.

• Highly motivated with a professional demeanor.
• Possess strong leadership abilities and be able to provide guests with the highest level of customer service.
• Ability to focus, innovate, and succeed in stressful situations.
• Must be organized and able to multi-task.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Willingness to work long hours and weekends.
• Be comfortable performing duties in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Availability to work all LSU Home Football Games.
• Experience with Customer Service, Hospitality, Security, or Sport/Entertainment Industry.
