Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician, where you will work across three shifts: 1st Shift from 6:30am to 2:30pm, 2nd Shift from 2:30pm to 10:30pm, and 3rd Shift starting Monday night from 10:30pm to 6:30am. The role requires commitment from Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays, totaling 40-50 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Utilize electrical meters for systems operating at 240V to 480V.
- Perform mechanical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on machines.
- Engage in Allen Bradley PLC troubleshooting and Fanuc robot operations.
- Execute MIG welding and light fabrication tasks.
- Follow all plant conduct, work and safety rules, and report unsafe acts and conditions.
- Safely handle and store dies in appropriate areas.
- Write Safety Grams, Maintenance Work Orders, and Requests for Engineering as needed.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Assist during company inventories.
- Participate in educational opportunities related to the job.
- Attend required meetings and participate in improvement projects.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- experience with electrical systems ranging from 240V to 480V.
- Mechanical aptitude and preventative maintenance expertise.
- Ability to perform PLC troubleshooting and work with Fanuc robots.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in MIG welding and light fabrication.
- Familiarity with schematic reading, maintenance repair, wiring, and power tools.
- Ability to change gears and motors in a robot testing lab.

Work Environment
Work in a manufacturing environment located in Roseville, MI. The facility is undergoing a cleanup and machinery replacement. Dress code includes work pants, work shirt, and closed-toed shoes; rug tests are required without waiver.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roseville, Michigan.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 – $28.00/hr.
