The Manager of Workforce Management leads the team responsible for driving Bath & Body Works workforce planning and optimization initiatives. This role is pivotal in crafting our workforce strategy, ensuring operational efficiency, supporting employee engagement and retention, and enabling store teams to balance operations with selling to deliver a safe and elevated customer experience. Expertise in this role will guide alignment of workforce capabilities with business objectives and operational demands. The work includes but is not limited to testing, taking concepts and large scale workstreams from ideation through solution delivery, creating operational efficiencies, partnering across the enterprise to enable stores to maximize sales growth potential through our Workforce Management fundamentals. The role serves as a key liaison between the store’s organization, Store Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, IT and other Home Office functions.
