Victaulic is seeking a dedicated Trainer to join our team in West Jordan, Utah. In this role, you will evaluate employees to identify and address weaknesses in production skills, and conduct training tailored to individual skill levels. You will work closely with shop employees to develop new skills in the manufacturing process, including coating, and present technical data and training requirements. Encouraging employees to pursue training and identifying potential candidates for progression will be key aspects of your role. You will track employee success and progress, assist in communicating training programs, and prepare and deliver manufacturing training sessions, measuring their effectiveness based on success rates. Additionally, you will maintain records for forklift and crane certifications and assist with the FEM/5S program.
