What You Can Expect

As the ERCOT Marketing Advisor you are responsible for developing and executing region-specific marketing strategies that support ENGIE Resources’ growth across direct and broker-served channels in the ERCOT market.

In this role you partner closely with regional sales leadership to create actionable marketing plans, build robust sales pipelines, deliver targeted campaigns, plan and execute regional events, and help provide actionable program and market insights. You would work closely across the ENGIE marketing organization to ensure alignment with ENGIE’s brand and strategic priorities.

Key accountabilities include

  • Develop Regional Marketing Plans – You will collaborate with sales leadership to build and execute marketing strategies tailored to regional customer needs, market dynamics, and growth objectives and aligned with broader strategic ENGIE priorities
  • Support Demand Generation – You launch targeted campaigns to generate qualified pipeline and support sales conversion across direct and broker channel
  • Provide Market Intelligence – You will monitor and report on regional competitive activity, regulatory developments, and customer trends to inform marketing and sales strategie
  • Manage Local Sponsorships & Events – You plan and execute regional events and sponsorships in alignment with ENGIE’s brand guidelines and national marketing strateg
  • Ensure Brand Consistency – You will maintain brand standards across all regional marketing outputs, including digital, print, and event materials

What You’ll Bring

  • You have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in energy or industrial sectors
  • You have a strong understanding of regional energy markets and broker dynamics
  • You are experienced in campaign execution, event planning, and stakeholder engagement
  • You have excellent communication and project management skills
  • You have familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • You have the ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy

Additional Details

  • Must be available to travel up to 25% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license/clean driving record
  • Must have the ability to travel domestically and internationally on limited occasions
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
  • Eligible for a hybrid schedule consisting of in-office and work-from-home opportunities (3 days in office, 2 days remote )

Compensation

Salary Range: $99,000.00 – $151,800.00 USD annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
