Job Description:

  • The Manufacturing Coordinator supports Manufacturing Operations Function by coordinating activities for production and materials.
  • Assists management with coordinating activities for production and materials by gathering all data to calculate accurate cost estimates from internal and external sources.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Maintains the databases, reports and records that are necessary to manufacturing operations activities, by providing detailed cost estimates along with supporting rationale.
  • Provides general coordination support to the manufacturing floor such as processing material requisitions, sub-assembly paperwork closure and material relocation.
  • Provides excellent customer service through prompt responses to inquiries and routine problem solving.
  • Communicates effectively through phone, e-mail, and correspondence, while maintaining a professional manner.

  • Knowledge of computerized information systems used in financial and/or accounting applications.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of PC software applications and strong understanding of PC operating systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job.
  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectation.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations relating to estimating and/or manufacturing production assisting.
