Material Handler CCA

• Set up feeders and reels on the CCA manufacturing line according to production schedules and specifications.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Conduct inventory reconciliation to ensure accurate tracking and availability of materials.
• Move products and materials within the production area to support various stages of the manufacturing process.
• Document and report any discrepancies or issues related to inventory, equipment, or production processes.

Required Skills:

• Ability to work with various tools and equipment for setting up feeders and reels.
• Understanding of machinery operations and maintenance procedures.
• Accuracy in setting up equipment and conducting inventory reconciliation.
• Identifying and addressing discrepancies or issues in production processes.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift materials up to 28 pounds as required.
• Performing physical tasks related to moving products and setup procedures.

Required experience:

• 1-2 years

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in using CMES and SAP for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Accurate documentation of setup and inventory activities.
• Strong ability to identify and resolve setup or operational issues.
