Position Summary

In support of the Mission, Vision and Values of SyBridge Technologies Group of Companies, the Injection Mold Printing Operator (Print Operator) will be responsible and play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy in packing finished product into shipping cartons, bulk packs, or other containers according to the company protocol and expectations. You will work in a team environment interacting with fellow packers, trainers, supervisors, and the quality team.

• Day Shift: 7:00AM – 7:30PM

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• This role focus’ on continuous motion offset pad printing machines
• Set up, troubleshoot, diagnose issues and run all the required products on a continuous basis
• Inspect production for visual defects; utilize manual gauges or other instruments to inspect or sort molded product
• Perform other related tasks as outlined by the Shift Supervisor, General Manager or assigned representative
• Ensure that the production floor is properly cleaned, maintained, and organized
• Correctly fill out related quality records whether hard copy or electronically
• Perform other related duties as required and willingness to work overtime when needed
• Ability to recognize issues and diagnose for quick resolution, maintain quality standards, and produce product per production schedules and deadlines

Qualifications

• Aptitude to self-direct and adhere to procedures and quality checks
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shift on Days
• Good organizations and communication skills and light computer skills
• Ability to recognize issues and diagnose for quick resolution, maintain quality standards, and produce product per production schedules and deadlines
• Employee must be able to properly use inspection equipment
• Understand programming
• A High School diploma or equivalent, or minimum of five years in a manufacturing environment; preferred
