Location: Bettendorf, IA

position Overview

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Order Pullers to join our team in Bettendorf, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling a variety of order types—including Retail, Plumbing Wholesale, HVAC, UPS, Truck, and Customer Pick-Ups (CPU)—based on daily packing slips. Your work will directly support our commitment to timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately complete pick lists within established performance standards.
• Follow detailed instructions on pick slips to ensure order accuracy.
• Assist with pulling orders from the Receiving Department as needed.
• Carefully pack and label boxes and skids to prevent damage during transit.
• Hand-pack individual items and special quantities before auditing.
• Handle special labeling requirements for specific orders.
• Collaborate with team members and assist in training new order pullers.
• Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company safety policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Lift and move items weighing up to 70 pounds as required.

Required Skills & experience

• At least1 year of experience in order picking, pulling, packaging, or similar warehouse roles.
• Familiarity withRF scanners, inventory systems, and warehouse operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ yearsof experience in a warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in picking, packing, loading, and inventory management.
• Experience with special packaging and labeling procedures.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 – $15.00/hr.
