Your Role:

As a Plaintiff Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting the firm’s attorneys and managing casework efficiently to ensure success. You will handle a variety of tasks, including:

• Preparing, organizing, and responding to discovery requests.

• Drafting pleadings, legal correspondence, and case summaries as needed.

• Conducting legal research to support case development and strategy.

• Managing case files, calendars, and deadlines with acute attention to detail.

• Assisting attorneys in preparing for depositions, mediations, and trials.

• Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff to ensure smooth case progression.

  Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a paralegal, ideally in a plaintiff-oriented practice.

• Strong grasp of legal procedures, court systems, and litigation processes, particularly in discovery and trial preparation.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in legal software, document management, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively.

• Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and team members under minimal supervision.
