Job Summary

As a Peer Recovery Coach, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients, families, and healthcare providers by assessing needs, facilitating treatment, and coordinating ongoing care for those with Substance Use Disorders. Educational Requirements
High School Diploma required
Must hold a Supervised Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor license with the Maryland Board
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 5 years in the substance use treatment and recovery field
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong customer service and organizational skills
Clear and compassionate communication-written, verbal, and electronic
Ability to thrive in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
Solid math, reading, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with typing and word processing

Salary Range: Minimum 17.76/hour – Maximum 26.64/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
