The Department of Neurology at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson is seeking a physician-scientist with expertise in basic and translational neuroscience research to join our dynamic and collaborative team. We are dedicated to advancing innovative approaches to understand, prevent, and treat neurological disorders. Prospective candidates will have an MD, MD/PhD or DO degree and be Board certified and eligible for licensure in the State of Arizona. This is an open-rank, tenure track position, offering competitive resources, including laboratory space and startup funding commensurate with the candidate’s experience and achievements. Successful applicants will hold a primary appointment in the Department of Neurology, with membership in the appropriate clinical division. All faculty contribute to the department’s academic mission, which includes educating clinical fellows, residents, and medical students.
