Summary of position/daily activities: AEM is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Power BI Developer to design and develop interactive dashboards and reports that support a Federal Customer’s operational and analytical needs. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with a strong background in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, who can deliver scalable, user-centric solutions that drive business intelligence and process automation. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with development teams and stakeholders to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), build robust data models, and deliver impactful visualizations that support data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include integrating data across Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, optimizing report performance, and ensuring secure, maintainable deployments. The ideal candidate will bring a strong Power BI portfolio and demonstrate deep technical expertise in SQL, Power Query (M), DAX, and data modeling best practices. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining solutions using Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power BI Apps, while implementing row-level security, managing workspace organization, and configuring data refresh schedules. Familiarity with AI features in Power BI and experience working in Agile environments are essential. Key duties include:
