This individual provides the leadership, direction, administration and coordination of all medical office activities except those directly involving professional medical judgment. **Work Hours/Shift:** Full Time – Exempt **You Will Be Responsible For:** + Overall supervision for day to day operations and processes in the assigned practice(s) + Directly supports physicians by addressing needs, issues and challenges in an appropriate and timely manner + Develops and maintains an active Practice Operational Council and implements practice improvement plans sponsored by this Council + Monitors practice metrics to improve measures to meet organization and practice goals, including patient experience and employee engagement + Provides appropriate guidance and actively coaches, mentors and holds accountable office leaders and staff to achieve optimal engagement. Supervises the recruitment, selection, training, evaluation, discipline and termination of staff. + Supervises achievement of overall results for practice(s), including employee engagement, physician engagement, patient experience, financial performance and market growth + Consistently communicates expectations and ongoing company strategy, process and policy changes to all providers and staff + Assists with budget planning, reporting, research and communication of new financial plans to providers & leaders + May assist the Director with strategy development for operations initiatives related to service lines + Supervises the financial performance of the practice(s) and makes appropriate adjustments as needed + Works with leadership and escalates issues to ensure compliance with all local, state and federal rules and regulations, including OSHA, CLIA and ADA, as well as assistance and support with all safety and clinical quality control measures. + Facilitates projects such as construction, IT, materials management and responsible for managing the physical plant + May track PDO, PLD and CME for all staff and providers to stay within the set contractual and budgetary limitation Qualifications **What You Will Need:** **Education and Experience Required:** + Master’s Degree 1y healthcare leadership experience OR + Bachelor’s Degree AHS Physician Practice Management Resident 1y healthcare leadership experience OR + Bachelor’s Degree 2y healthcare leadership experience OR + Associate’s Degree 4y healthcare leadership experience **Licensure, Certification and Registration Required:** + BLS Certification This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
