The Role:
As part of the
Research & Development team, the Product Engineer will lead continuous
improvement projects, product line enhancements, and interface with third-party
agencies for proper compliance and certifications. They are responsible for
managing projects and working with appropriate teams to accomplish the work to
a successful conclusion.
Additionally, the
Product Engineer will own the change management process and work with
manufacturing and supply chain teams to maintain proper work instructions. This
role, which thrives on collaboration, offers the opportunity to work closely
with stakeholders from various Chromalox functions. It also supports functional
roles such as product feature training, product maintenance, field
support/service, and product upgrades.
