ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly driven and visionary Product Manager to join our Supply Chain Procurement and Planning team. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, this role will be instrumental in building innovative, data-driven products that transform how we plan, procure, and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, capable of taking products from 0 to 1 with minimal oversight. You will work at the intersection of AI/ML, UX design, and supply chain domain expertise to deliver impactful solutions that drive business outcomes.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • End-to-End Product Ownership: Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including discovery, roadmap development, and PRD creation. Deliver user-centric goals that meet business goals
  • AI/ML-Driven Product Strategy: Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to integrate predictive models and intelligent automation to increase efficiency and enable smarter decision-making
  • UX Vision and Journey Mapping: Understand the business journey, define requirements, and translate requirements into UX prototypes to gain approval and drive adoption and satisfaction
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business, data science, and engineering to align product vision with business needs. Ensuring product relevance and stakeholder buy-in throughout development
  • Continuous Discovery and Optimization: Continuously reviewing product roadmaps and strategies to leveraging data insights to maintain product agility and responsiveness to evolving business challenges

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Supply Chain Expertise: Strong background in supply chain management with demonstrated ability to understand complex business processes and identify opportunities for
    process improvement via advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data-driven insights.
  • AI/ML Aptitude: Proven ability to quickly master cutting-edge analytical tools and the ability to understand appropriate use cases for machine learning, AI-driven
    optimization, heuristic models, and predictive analytics applications in supply chain transformation.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficiency in sophisticated value tracking methodologies, advanced reporting systems, and analytical processes required to measure and
    communicate the transformative business impact of next-generation supply chain analytics and intelligent automation.
  • Cross-Functional Innovation: experience driving analytical solutions across multiple business functions with diverse stakeholders.
  • Application design & development: Experience working with developers to design business processes and manage the development and adoption of software tools.
  • Strategic Value Creation: Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate problem statements into clear product requirements. Ability to prioritize against business needs
  • Product Mindset: Proficiency in product discovery, journey mapping, user research, write clear, actionable PRDs.
  • Agile Capability: Managing agile development cycles: sprint planning, sprint reviews, and managing the sprint against planned product roadmaps

Experience & education:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or digital transformation roles within the food and beverage or consumer packaged goods industries. Proven track record of launching products from 0 to 1 with minimal oversight. Experience working with cross-functional teams including data science, engineering, and various business partners (from IC to VP).
